Whadup. Mounjaro is what I have on prescription, but right now I'm also unemployed and poor as fuck. rybelsus, wegovy, mounjaro and retatrutide — all tried, none for very long (a couple of months at most). On me it doesn't seem to work very well. Some weight still has to come off though, so one last attempt is the plan: a bit higher in dosage and for a year or so. Otherwise very healthy, good bloodworks and working out. Losing around 15-20 kgs would be nice, though preferably without much muscle going with it. Being unemployed has me generally very stressed out right now, plus the general world vibe. Might not be good for a tender heart. Who knows.
