Greetings from ND, where the planes are freezing. Quick intro: male, middle aged, closing in on 50. Weight and I have been at war my whole life, and from my late 30s on it has gone badly. Paying cash for GLP1 meds isn't in my budget, and insurance turns me down because I'm not diabetic.
