Welcome and good luck with your journey

I also want to add that I'm trying to pin down what I want to stack to address constant fatigue/sleepiness. I ran mots-c but it made me very tired. I know ss-31 is supposed to be ran beforehand if that's the case, but I've read too many stories of it making people tired. I'll try it, but it makes me nervous.

I'm considering semax/selank or nad+. Any suggestions are welcome!

Got my first order of DSIP today! Going to start with 100mcg 30 min before bed and report back.

Hello! Do you have an update on this? How did the DSIP end up working for you? I too am researching narcolepsy treatments.

Hey! I'm still currently taking DSIP 1x every other night, 500mcg. I still really enjoy it! My sleep tracker shows much more solid and restful sleep on nights I take it.

I am still very tired during the day and still feel the need to keep taking modafinil, but it is getting easier.

I am able to function without napping most days now, and although I'm tired, I'm not too tired to work or run errands. I used to sleep 2-3 times during the day. Now, I only sleep during the day about 3x a week.

I am also trying out 5 amino 1mq and recently added mots c during the mornings. Can't tell if that's helping much, yet.

Have you had comprehensive lab work done recently? Full hormone panel?

Last lab work I had done was in late May from my rheumatologist. I had another large panel done in April. Everything looks perfect in my labs (as far as I can tell/from what my doctors are saying). I don't mind sharing the results.

Despite being slightly overweight and feeling terrible all the time, on paper I'm in perfect health. I have not had a full hormone panel done, but I am going this week to see an endocrinologist. Fingers crossed they find something. While peptides are a nice crutch, it would be even better to find out exactly what's wrong lol.
