Male over 60, and I started my peptide journey as a means to find a healthier way of well, being healthier. One side of the family has health issues mostly due to weight, and we recently had a family friend die from non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, which I didn't really know was a thing. I later found out it started as fatty liver and progressed from there. I was also diagnosed with low percentage fatty liver, which I am told most people have at some level or another. The doctor says I really don't have anything to worry about, but needless to say his was an ugly progression and I don't want mine to progress further. That being said I have been on a journey to help myself, and my loved ones, better control their weight issues and increase their general overall health. Little did I know my "3 hour tour" on the S.S. Minnow would leave me stranded on a Peptide Island.

All of that being said, I have recently gained some knowledge in the area, but I am far from an expert. I have found in the peptide world there are many solutions that can help people live better, healthier lives, but at the same time it can also be a money pit. I see so many people throwing random peptides together that either double up in hitting the same receptors or goals, or they simply work against each other. Which, in my opinion is a waste of money that some can, but most can't afford.

Some of my family members unfortunately cannot afford the GLP-1's and other helpful tools they need to get them on the road to better health. My goal here is to find out what works, what doesn't, what is a priority and what is not, and to find the most cost effective way I can to help my family and friends on that journey to better health.

What we have used since November of last year:

Reta - Currently using

BPC-157 - TB-500 - Wolverine stack - and Mots-C.

My wife's weight loss has stalled on 8mg Reta and looking into starting a mitochondrial stack to jump start it.

week 1-4 - SS-31 (1mg per day) - NAD+ (50mg per day M-W-F) - Mots-C (10mg per week split into 3 doses) Thoughts of running Mot-C alternate days of the NAD+ but not sure if it really mattersrunning it that way?

Week 5-8 - SS-31 (1.5mg per day) - NAD+ (75mg per day M-W-F) - Mots-C (10mg per week split into 3 doses)

Week 9-12 - Nad+ (75mg per day M-W-F) - Mots-C (10mg per week split into 3 doses)
