Hello,

I'm 39 and just starting out with peptides. After looking into a few vendors discussed on here, I placed an order and it arrived. I've got plenty of questions about dosing and I'm hoping for some guidance. Reta is already part of my routine, but I also picked up the components for the glow stack and nad+

Happy to be part of this and to keep learning!

Hi Adrianna, there is plenty on here about dosing for anything you can think of. On the glow stack — do you mean you bought the components unblended, with each one in its own vial, or did you only pick up a couple of the elements? I run Klow pre-blended myself, and I think that is a 80mg total 50+10+10+10 mix

So I picked up 3 items: bpc157, tb500 and ghk-cu. Now I just have to work out the dosing.

Greetings from the UK. What's your experience with Reta so far? Is your goal body recomposition, or are you focused purely on losing fat?
Hey, what I've noticed is that larger doses are doing the job, unlike sema. My schedule is 2mg each 5 days. It's working nicely. Hey, my goal is to drop fat while adding muscle. So nothing extreme in terms of weight loss.

Hello, I'm in the UK as well. That stack comes up often around here, and I keep hearing about inflammation reduction being a plus — that's something I'd like to learn more about. Right now I'm switching to a gym nearer to me, because the biggest hurdle has been how long it takes to bike to the farther one. If working out is easier to fit in, I'll stick with it more, and I'd like to get my muscle back as well.

That approach seems sensible. I checked with chat regarding dosages—would you say it's smart to go along with what chat recommended?

Ooh, I'd like to hear how it turns out for you too. I'm in the UK as well, roughly the same age, currently using reta (though I was on mounjaro before) and I'm only now beginning to explore stacks

Are you referring to ChatGPT? I'd advise against it — it pulls from many different sources and frequently makes things up, stating them with full confidence anyway. If you take too much too fast, you could cause yourself lasting harm.

The material it draws on comes from forums and other places you can locate online. Those sources aren't especially trustworthy themselves, but at minimum they won't get confused with details about some other medication.

A fast google search tells me that beginner retatrutide doses can be anywhere from 1mg to 4mg every 5 days. Still, if that were my only information, I'd err toward the smaller doses, because your body weight can change how it affects you. On my own, I probably wouldn't take the risk without digging deeper — the side effects may be extremely serious when you don't fully know how much you're injecting or how frequently.

For medical information that matters and could lead to serious side effects, ChatGPT is not something to rely on. It's wrong often, and even at 80% correct, you don't want any chance of error when you're putting something into your body.

My daily amounts, as far as I can tell, come to roughly 2mg ghk, 0.3-0.4mg bpc, and 0.3-0.4mg tb.
