Heyyy everyone,

Figured I'd hop on and say hi!!

I'm 24F and as a teen weight and food noise were never really a problem for me, but once I hit adulthood it gradually turned into one. Over time there's been more and more food noise, my eating discipline has slipped, and the result is that I've put on a fair bit of weight. I've also been through some traumatic stuff over the years, grief and mental health difficulties included. Without getting into too much, for a while I leaned on alcohol more than I should have to cope, and that clearly didn't do my health or my relationship with food any favours. There have been stretches where I was into the gym (strength training mostly) or running, but I never manage to stay consistent for long before falling back into old habits.

Right now I'm just at the point where I want to get back on track and be healthier. GLP-1s, retatrutide in particular, have really got my attention and I want to learn as much as I can. I'm basically starting from zero so it's a bit overwhelming, but I'm excited to build up my knowledge and hopefully get going on reta soon. Any advice specific to the UK would be great!

Can't wait to get to know everyone < 3

Glad to have you here 👋

Greetings and welcome! 🙂 I'm a UK resident too.

Should you not have done so yet, it could be worth checking out what members report regarding tirz — a lot of users find that their desire for alcohol, not just unhealthy snacks, fades. Before he began, my husband would have a few beers each day; he quit unintentionally since the urge simply disappeared.

Over in the vendor reviews section, you'll find write-ups from me and several other UK folks about what it was like ordering from Chinese warehouses. That might come in handy while you're deciding on a vendor.

Hopefully your time spent here proves useful.

Glad you joined us. You'll find lots of folks here who know their stuff.

GLP medications are an excellent tool. However, the basis each person must establish is proper nutrition along with a healthy microbiome — put another way, make an effort to eat well and look after your body.
