Hi there

Complete beginner here, hoping to get some advice from the experienced folks on this board.

I'm trying to address back pain and help with wound healing.

After doing a bit of reading up, I went ahead and bought a bundle: x2 BPC-157 5MG, x2 TB500 5MG, x1 GHK CU 50MG, x1 KPV 10MG, plus 10ML Bacteriostatic Water (the supplier I used does third-party lab testing through Janoshik).

Since it's my first time, I have no clue how to put this together, so I'd really appreciate some pointers: any videos you found helpful, or tips from your own experience.

Thanks

Head to youtube and type in 'reconstitute peptide' — plenty of clips will walk you through it. The quick version: small vials arrive holding freeze dried powder. Take the water you purchased and push it into those powder vials, and the two combine. After that, how much you draw out and inject comes down to the dose required for that particular peptide.

My reason for joining was to find something for my back pain.

At first I used KLOW, but after coming across information about possible cancer-promoting effects, I moved to GHK-CU and KPV only.

With 4 herniated discs, the improvement has been significant enough that my chiropractor wanted to know what I had changed.

If you are still using insulin syringes, I would recommend checking out pens instead, since I kept getting bruises.

Appreciate everyone who commented - I checked out a few videos.

Mixed 1ml water into my 5mg vial and 3.5ml into the 50mg

began tb500 and bpc157 at 10ml=20ml, plus 0.5mg ghk-cu

Since it's my first run, I want to observe how my body takes it in before increasing the ghk-cu dose

Hi,

An MRI earlier this year led to a prolapsed L5-S1 diagnosis, and that is what set me off on my peps journey. BPC-157 and TB500 came up while I was looking into complementary therapies, so I gave them a try before switching to KLOW. Since KLOW contains those 2 peps along with 2 others, it seemed like the logical next step.

After finishing a couple of vials of BPC-157 and 1 vial of TB500, I have now been on KLOW for more than a month. There is definitely less pain in my lower back, although placebo, the passage of time and natural healing, or the disc fluid being resorbed by the body could all explain it.

SS-31 is part of my routine as well, and apart from Reta it is the only peptide where I have genuinely felt a difference. My hunch is that SS-31 might be doing more for my recovery than KLOW, though I cannot say that with any certainty.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.
