Hey all,
I'm a guy, 35 years old, living in Florida, and right now I'm looking into retatruitide as something I might try. My goal here is to gather information before I commit to anything — I'm not in a hurry.
For 15+ years I've stayed active without breaks (weight training, boxing, overall conditioning). But across the past 3-4 years, food noise and overeating have become a real struggle for me. On top of that,
hypothyroidism has made losing fat far harder than it once was, even with a solid training and nutrition plan in place.
From the beginning of 2026 I've been extremely consistent with nutrition, lifting, and cardio, yet the everyday mental fight with food has been the toughest piece. My hope is that retatrutide could ease that friction and help me keep this going long term.
Excited to pick up knowledge from people who've been through it, and I'm grateful for anything you're willing to share.
Thanks in advance.
