Hello all,

I’m 40 years old, female, and I live in Norway. I have two sons and a full-time job that keeps me quite busy. During the last few years, my interest has grown a lot when it comes to health, energy, and how stress impacts the body — particularly once I reached what I now recognize as perimenopause.

Peptides are what drew me to this community, since I want to hear from those with hands-on knowledge of them. Diabetes isn’t something I have, but weight control, eating patterns, and keeping energy steady have been struggles for me too, just as they are for plenty of others. I’ve gone through various weight-loss methods across the years, with results that went both ways, and I’ve realized willpower alone doesn’t explain it. Sleep, stress, hormones, and general health appear to matter far more than I used to believe. For roughly 6 months I have been using Mounjaro, and the results look good so far, in terms of body composition as well as a decrease in overall inflammation.

At the moment I’m concentrating on better health and well-being overall. Strength training and yoga are part of my routine, and I began running not long ago. Weight loss by itself isn’t the aim—more energy, improved health, and habits I can keep up over the long term are what I’m after.

I’m eager to pick up things from what you’ve all been through, to hear about the wins and the difficulties with various peptides, and ideally to share parts of my own path as I go.

Thanks for the welcome, and I’m glad to be part of this!

Best of luck! Be careful.
