Hey everyone. 36M, 6’3, 130kg/285lb. I’ve been on a low dose of Reta and cjc/ipa for a while now. I’m physically active but have always struggled with weight and dieting. I often had good intentions but due to demanding work life it never lasts long enough to make a significant impact. Since starting Reta it’s given me the will power/motivation to commit to a far healthier lifestyle. I’ve done a lot of reading and listening to podcasts etc but a few unanswered questions have led me to creating a profile on here.

Looking forward to learning more every day.

Cheers

Hi, nice meeting you, just wondering what side effects you had from cjc/ipa and reta if any? Thank you

Nope nothing so far. The reta has really curbed my appetite. I can easily just have 3 small meals a day with no snacks in between. I could eat but just not particularly interested which is a big difference to the rest of my life until now.

I haven’t noticed anything from the cjc/ipa that is particularly notable. I’ve started hitting the gym pretty hard so it is quite possibly helping with recovery but it’s hard to measure.

I’ve just ordered genotropin (Pfizer hgh) that I’m keen to have a go at in moderation so that’ll be interesting to see what it does to my igf1 tests.

Hi from Northern NSW . Thankfully i also didn't have any side effects and like yourself i struggle with anything more than 3 meals a day . The thought of snacking just doesn't fit, especially when hunger is non existent . It's ironic as before it was a problem trying not to eat , now the problem is trying to eat. I am also in a plateau now for over 3 weeks and people say , " eat more " 😱 to get out of it . Finding Reta has been a life changer for sure , all the best.

Yeah it is amazing. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable telling any of my friends or family that I’m taking some experimental drug that I pin myself with so trying to explain to people like my wife why I’m not hungry has been a challenge.

It feels like I’ve just found a cheat code to healthy eating that I thought just wasn’t possible.

Good luck with your journey.
