Hey everyone, Connor here. I've jumped back into trying to lose weight (again, haha!), and I want to connect with people who are on the same path so I can learn more and get better outcomes. I'm a 31-year-old guy, currently 102kg, living in the UK. A couple of suppliers have given me trouble, which has put my progress on hold for the moment. I've used tirz, sema, and right now I'm on reta. My goal is to reach 80kg with reta's help.

Hey, welcome aboard. Getting from 102kg down to 80kg shouldn't be too hard, particularly given how young you are. I'm 58, and my starting point was also 102kg — that was 36 weeks back. These days I'm at 74kg. The entire time I've stuck with tirz at 5mg/week. Why did you move from sema to tirz, and then from tirz to reta? Was it purely down to picking the wrong supplier?

When I was using sema and tirz that came from pharmacies, my weight did drop to 94kg. The main issue, though, was simply that the cost kept climbing. After that, I saw plenty of people getting results with Reta, so I switched to it. I thought I'd come across a supplier with a fair price and good quality, but this Reta isn't affecting me the way the previous one did. My appetite seems really high, and I think that points to a poor product or a bad supplier.

I can't really say whether it was a bad product or a bad supplier. The reason is that it's widely recognized that Reta doesn't suppress appetite as strongly as Tirz does. With Tirz, I never felt hungry at all. I gave Reta a try for 2 weeks, and my appetite came back. In the end I quit after 2 weeks because I had severe diarrhea that lasted 3 days. Tirz works better for me. Still, everyone reacts differently. From what I understand, Reta requires extra caution and you have to stick to the protocole very strictly. To get good results from it, you need to be more patient and raise the dose gradually.

I’d used Reta previously, got it through a contact, and things went well — appetite was kept in check and the scale was moving, with a noticeable difference showing in my upper body. After that I came across my own source, and from then on it’s been a steep decline: I’ve added a few kilos and there’s been no suppression at all. I’m hoping to find something here once I’ve spent some time in the community and gotten settled.
