41, began intense training 3 months back, and ended up with tennis elbow.. Down the rabbit hole I went, which brought me to this place.. Placed an order last Thursday for bpc-157 and np-500..Fingers crossed it gets me back to pushing hard at the gym.. Also eager to experiment with a few other things I've come across in my reading.

My right arm has tennis elbow, and I'd rate the pain at 7 out of 10. About 5ish years back, my left arm hit a 9 out of 10 on that same pain scale. Last Friday, March 27th, I began injecting BPC-157 & TB500 directly into the site. I'm amazed at how fast this cocktail has reduced the pain, bringing it down to a 2-4 level. Today I managed a really hard workout, even though for the last 3 months my tennis elbow symptoms had kept me from doing my necessary shoulder rehab (post surgery protocol) at anything beyond 50%. I'm going to keep using this cocktail for another 7-8 weeks, or until it's healed.

Same situation here with tennis elbow — only I've got golfers too, and my right bicep constantly feels like a cramped, tight muscle. What's helped is rotating GLOW around the joints; that makes a real difference. The real problem is jumping weight up too quickly. Deadlifts were my downfall, and now I'm lifting just 1/2 of what I used to. Sadly, you've got to cut the weight way down and take tendon rehab slowly and steadily — expect roughly 3-6 months, because you need at least 1 or 2 months past the point of no pain during rehab before you're genuinely back to normal. There's useful stuff on youtube — search Emil Abrahamsson and watch his grip strength building videos. You can fall down the rabbit hole of all sorts of exercises that help strengthen tendons. Pushing through isn't worth it; a bicep or tendon tear could sideline you for a year and might never heal the same. For deadlifts, hangs and anything that strains or hurts the tendon, I switched to wrist straps/hooks. The amount of pressure it takes off during deadlifts, pull ups and so on has been incredible. After that, it's all about staying consistent and intentional with rehab and grip work — that's what resolves the tendinitis. I'm not pain free yet, though I'm getting closer; this week I set myself back by pulling a trap, so there's that. Hope you recover fast.

That's solid information! I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. Several of those suggestions are clearly worthwhile, so I'll be putting them to use, and I'll check out Emil on YouTube too. For rehab guidance, Jeff Cavaliere from Athena-X is another person I keep up with. Wishing you a smooth recovery too. 💪

Welcome! My own journey kicked off a few weeks back, and I've got BPC157 + TB500 headed my way. It's exciting to be setting off on this same path as you. For me, the primary driver was a left rotator cuff injury/surgery. It never healed all the way, and because of that I've been held back in the gym. Hoping things go well for both of us!

Sadly, my order hasn't appeared yet.. It's been stuck in customs inspection for 10 days, so things aren't looking promising.
