Yesterday my 2nd order from them arrived.
Caked, not loose powder, is how the item in the vial looks. Its ok, he says.
My view differs.
All is well, per him, until the reta is reconstituted and fails to dissolve in the vial.
Standing the vial upside down as in the photo, the items stay lodged in place.
Is this normal. Loose inside the vial is how my 1st vial was.
Not this one. Caked inside the vial is how it looks.
