Hey everyone,

After reading along quietly for quite some time, I finally went ahead and registered. Peptides are completely uncharted territory for me — I have not touched any, haha (TRT aside, if that even counts). Lately I have been giving serious thought to trying Reta (yes, that pun was on purpose) as a way to support the recomp I am working toward.

About me: I am in my mid-30s, married with kids. Between chasing my little ones around and needing to stay in shape and strong for my job, that keeps me busy. Starting TRT earlier this year is something I feel lucky about. Before that, mood swings, depression, brain fog and crushing fatigue were making my life miserable. My testosterone results came back in the low 200s (209 on the first test, 202 on the second). Once I began TRT, nearly all of those symptoms went away. The change has been amazing. My drive and enthusiasm for life are higher than at any point I can recall.

I am eager to connect with others on a comparable path and to build up some solid knowledge together.

Glad to be here. I've been using TRT alongside Reta for 1 year, and it's the finest decision I've ever made.
The combo has gotten plenty of praise from what I've come across. Learning about Reta is something I'm eager to do. Could anyone point me to a guide that covers everything? And maybe something that breaks down the terminology too. Take the numbers that show up beside appreciated peptides — sorry if this sounds dumb, but what are those? lol Like I keep seeing Rt10 or RT60. My guess is RT means Reta, but the digits after it are a mystery to me.

Yes, Reta — and vials come with several gram options: 5, 10, 20, 30, and beyond. I'll check, since I've got a link about grey market terms. When it comes to using Reta, I looked up dosing protocols for Reta on Google, then went through and read a number of them. Everyone's maintenance dose and requirements differ, so you need to (titrate) your dose upward.

That site isn't something I can locate—it's discussed here on this forum. Try entering grey market terms into the search icon; it ought to appear across a few posts.

That clears things up a lot — I appreciate it. I’ll continue looking into it, and with any luck I’ll give it a try at some point next month.

Test is definitely great. Stay consistent with your bloodwork and keep an eye on your bp.

Getting labs done is definitely a must. Mine required 11vials to be drawn. The results came back spanning 3 whole pages. I honestly can't see how they could test any more extensively. 😂 A buddy who knows his stuff laid out precisely which tests I should get.
