INTRO New to the forum, not the research

Hey all, Highlander here, writing from Arkansas. What first pulled me into this area was weight loss and GLP-1 drugs, and from there my curiosity grew to cover metabolic health, peptides, hormone optimization, and longevity.

Digging into the science of these compounds is something I genuinely enjoy, and I also value picking up insights from other people's firsthand experiences. My goals here are to keep expanding my knowledge, contribute whatever I can, and meet folks with shared interests.

There just aren't enough hours in the day. There's a ton I'd like to look into, but barely any time for it. I'm genuinely happy I came across this community.
