Hey all,

Just dropping a quick intro since I'm new around here. The reason I signed up is to pick up knowledge about GLP-1s through a male lens — particularly around fat loss, holding onto muscle, hunger regulation, energy levels, unwanted effects, and the broader day-to-day adjustments.

There's still a lot I don't know, so my plan is to read, post questions, and take in what those with more time under their belt have to share. Other things I want to understand: using these responsibly, storing them correctly, the fundamentals of reconstitution, food and water intake, and the way other guys structure their routines while on GLP-1s.

Glad to be here and eager to learn from you all. Appreciate the welcome!

Hello!

I'm also a newcomer — spent a few weeks reading quietly before signing up roughly 7 days back. Reading through the threads here has taught me quite a bit, and there's still plenty left for me to pick up.

My Tirzepatide start date was 5/30/26, and the number on the scale has gone down, though I can't see any difference in the mirror so far. On top of that, I've been injecting AOD9604 at 300mcg each day and MOTS-c at 5mg once every 5 days (3 doses in total) beginning 6/6/26.

Has anything been tried on your end yet?

Hey buddy,

I'm on tirze too, started a bit sooner — 5/11/26 — and I'm also running AOD 9604. I don't use MOTS-C, but kpv and ghk cu are part of my stack.

How's it going for you with tirze and aod? (I've only been on aod for 15 days.)

I've used Tirz in the past, and at this point I'm 5 weeks into Reta. Lately I've been digging around for other things I could stack with my Reta so that fat loss goes as far as possible while my energy stays up. Reta works well, but some days I'm simply wiped out — if that makes any sense lol

When it comes to reta versus tirz, have any actual differences stood out to you? If yes, which ones? In terms of hunger, food noise, side effects, how quickly weight came off, or any other area, how did the two compare?

Things are going pretty well! I can't spot any obvious change with my eyes, but the scale shows a loss of 9.1lbs. My water intake has doubled compared to what I was drinking before I started, and even that earlier amount was already a lot of water.

Beyond stepping on a regular scale, I'd recommend tracking other numbers too — body fat and VF — using one of those specialized weighing scales. For me, it somehow shows where I stand and helps me set a clearer target. Losing muscle isn't the aim; fat is what we want to drop 🙂
