Hiya!

I'm new here and was looking for a place where people can work together on peptides, since Reddit isn't it.

What I'm taking right now:

Reta 2mg/w

Tesa 2mg/d

MOTS-C 2.5mg/d

NAD+ 50mg every other day

KLOW at an average dose — since it's a blend, I'd rather not list every single amount haha

Probably adding 5AM mq1 next week.

My main reason for all of this is liver health. I started getting abdominal pains, and after tests it turned out my liver is on the verge of NAFLD. That scared me enough to drop 60lbs, and with peptides I'm now moving even faster toward my goal of being healthy.

If anyone wants to ask about my protocol, go ahead

Thanks for having me 🙂

I'm curious to hear how Klow has worked out for you. Right now I'm holding off until the vendors I like restock it. Hypermobility and persistent inflammation are things I deal with, though I still intend to give it a shot.

At the moment I take 10mg of tirz every 5 days. Weight training is something I really enjoy. So far I've dropped 21lbs.

OH OH one more thing I left out — a big part of why I signed up here is to try and help my dad out. He's up there in age now, and on top of carrying extra weight, one of his knees is in really rough shape. I've personally been using peps for a few months, but he's only just begun Reta, and I'm the one helping him with it. The wolverine stack is something I'm seriously researching for him, plus anti aging peps such as epitalon and whatever else might be out there — so if anybody has suggestions, I'm all ears. My own use is mostly aimed at my liver and general wellbeing, but what I really want is to ease his aches and pains, and honestly I have almost no hands-on knowledge with the healing peps beyond KLOW, which I take for workouts, skin and hair.

So if anyone reading this has experience with healing peps, I'd really appreciate hearing your success stories, and whether something like that might help with my father's knee or his torn shoulders.

As for KLOW, my usage window has only been 3 weeks, so I can't yet say whether any positives are appearing. My hair does seem slightly darker and thicker, though I can't confirm the pep deserves the credit. Injecting it is certainly spicy. Even 6 hours afterward, I still notice a bit of it. Remember falling and scraping your knee? The sensation is similar, except it's on your belly. It does fade after a while, though. I'll keep going with it for 6 weeks to find out if anything comes of it.

Welcome aboard! I'm in the same boat as a newcomer to this place. A few years back I used sema, though I quit once roughly 12 months had passed because it didn't seem to be doing much for me. About a month ago I switched to tir, and wow, what a difference! For the first time I genuinely feel optimistic about shedding weight and getting moving more! My hair has always been on the thin side, so hearing about KLOW recently caught my attention. On top of that, I deal with arthritis, so I assumed it might help with that too. I only began it yesterday, and right now I'm lying in bed unable to sleep because my thigh feels like road rash, just like you described. 😂 honestly I'm not sure I can keep this up daily for 3 months. 😅 Given your 3 weeks on it so far, does that sensation fade with time, or does the body eventually calm down its reaction?

Honestly, I've grown accustomed to it. Injecting into my belly has turned out to be way more bearable for KLOW. When I tried my thigh that one time, the sting hit harder since I could feel it with every movement. Some days there was zero pain at all, too. Today's sting is probably worse because I accidentally went back to a spot I'd already used yesterday.

I've been on klow for 1 month, and with my diverticulitis and IBS, both seem to have cleared up? Or is it just for now? My gut has never been this comfortable. Other than that, I haven't noticed much else, so I'll continue for another month, then pause for a few weeks.

Glad to have you here, and congratulations on everything you've accomplished so far. Wishing you success in hitting your targets!

That is fantastic!

That's really impressive. It would be even more so with solid nutrition. How do you eat?

Peptides are a new area for me, and Reddit is how I found this place too. It’s great to hear about your weight loss and the items you take to support it. Klow definitely has my attention, though I’m still very new to Reta and peptides overall. There’s a lot of knowledge on this forum, and I believe it can assist most people with whatever question they might have. Thanks for telling your story.

Mots-c left me with itchy welts when I dosed 5mg 3x/week. I'm pausing for 4 weeks, then I'll resume at a reduced dose.

Tried my stomach area earlier and there was zero sensation! Then it hit me — I went with the higher dose rather than the lower one, which explains why my thigh continues to sting. 🤦‍♀️ I simply got too eager about beginning. Lesson learned: pay closer attention from here on.

My experience is limited to Tirz, which has made a big difference for my arthritis and joint pain. I'm 45, but last year an uninsured semi hit me and left me pretty banged up.

Pretty much any product containing GHK-CU is going to sting somewhat, since the copper ions have a bite to them. The key is to keep your GHK-CU dose at 2mg-2.5mg and not exceed that, and chances are you'll be okay. My dad wondered why I don't take a larger amount, so I explained just how much of a kick it can have sometimes haha

@HazelMeow

Oh wow! Have you looked into the Wolverine stack or KPV?

Yes, I've tried it too! Nice to hear you suggest it as well.

From what I gather, going with GLOW/KLOW rather than injecting each ingredient on its own simply cuts down on the number of shots, which is understandable. Still, does this set blend carry any drawbacks? Is the proportion fixed at all times? Are you combining them on your own, or are they already combined when purchased? Could the ingredients react badly with one another while sitting in the vial?

A lot of folks say that combining these compounds causes them to break down, yet nothing solid backs that up. I'm still seeing results, and purchasing a pre-mixed option costs less than getting every item separately and pinning each one on its own. That said, it comes down to what you're using it for. Certain individuals prefer a smaller amount of GHK-CU and a larger amount of BP-157, for example.
