Hello everyone. I'm a 56-year-old male. My Zepbound prescription began in 4/2024, when my BMI was 32. That number didn't tell the whole story, though, since I've spent 20+ years lifting weights. There was some belly and visceral fat I wanted gone, but I also carried a solid amount of muscle. Through diet, resistance training and cardio, I dropped roughly 50lbs. After adding Reta, the weight came off more than I wanted, so I dialed it back. These days my weight is where I want it. I'm extremely lean and muscular. My lipid panel looks excellent. I no longer need BP medication. My plan is to remain on some form of a GLP indefinitely. I've also tried Cagri, KLOW and Tesamorelin here and there. I'm eager to connect with everyone on the forum.

For me as well, sticking with a single GLP medication permanently is the reality. My experience with these drugs goes back to 2019 (Trulicity >Oz >MJaro), and I've stayed at my target weight for the majority of that time. Wishing you the best as you continue.
