Hi all!
The UK is where I am, and two children later a lot of weight had gone on. Getting married this year, so looking and feeling my best was the goal.
GLPs are not new to me - around 30kg came off on MJ - and after hearing great things, switching to Reta was what I wanted.
Plenty to learn here from all you experts.
A pen arrived today (stupidly) before I read that reconstitution is the better route, so that may be the way forward.
