Hey everyone. I'm in Texas, and I've decided to start educating myself on peptides, plus on who I am as a person.
Some background: I'm a guy in his early 40's who spent years simply coasting along. Three workouts per week, some kind of office job, and honestly nothing has been bad so far. Still, turning 40 might be why I've begun to feel somewhat dissatisfied with the person I currently am. I had bloodwork done, and my cholesterol came back slightly elevated. Diabetes isn't something I have, though it does show up in my family.
What really pushed me over the edge, I think, was browsing EBay for secondhand shirts in decent shape. Buying used instead of new is usually my preference, but the fact that an XL now fits me is what alarmed me. So I suppose this is mid-life arriving? It genuinely feels like I'm glancing back at my younger years and noticing the choices I could have made for better health. It's never too late to improve yourself, right?
