Hi, I’m Mer (37), from Macedonia, Europe.

I’m a 37 year old woman living in Macedonia (Europe). For roughly 2 years I’ve been training without steroids or anything like that. Over those 2 years, my focus has been on making my workouts, diet, sleep and so on better. Some good results have already shown up, but I keep searching for ways to do better, and now I’m also curious about peptides — learning more about how they’re used for muscle building, recovery and performance in general.

I’ve read a lot about Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC and GHK-Cu, and I’d like to hear from people who have actually used these peptides. A lot of information is out there online, but the results people report conflict a great deal. What I’m trying to work out is whether these peptides could help me get the workout results I want without risking my health.

For a beginner, the goals would be: gain lean muscle mass, recover faster from workouts, sleep better and have a better body composition. Extreme results aren’t what I’m after — natural and healthy results are.

So far I’ve read a lot about tesamorelin, ipamorelin, CJC and GHK-Cu for muscle building and recovery. But I need advice from people who have experience using these. Especially safe for a beginner like me. Can you use more than one at the time? Mix and match. What should one research and test before hand. Any personal experiences with side effects? Any blood work you do before starting? Thanks in advance for your honest input and advice!

Tesamorelin plus Ipamorelin/CJC1295 are two things I truly enjoy. I take them at night prior to going to sleep, and for recovery and sleep they work incredibly well. These have been stacked by me for 1 month, and overall I feel better and I am stronger. I am 53 years old and in decent shape. My rowing times have gotten better, and in 1 month my pants size dropped 4 inches. Weight has stayed close to even, so my guess is that this is more lean gains than weight loss. GLOW was just started by me 1 week ago. Nothing can be added by me at this point.

Good luck!

Another 53 year old checking in, and I recently picked up cjc/ipa 10+10mg. I'd like to be sure I do this properly, so what amount of bac water did you go with, and how are you dosing it? Any information at all would be much appreciated. cheers from Bama!

I've been using Tesamorelin for roughly 4 weeks and Ghk-cu for roughly 3 weeks out of the ones mentioned. I'm fairly new too, but I've picked up on a few things so far. The Tesa is clearly making me leaner. (I'm stacking it with Reta as well.) My sleep was never an issue, but it might be even better at this point. As for the ghk-cu, the results are only just beginning to show. My nails feel distinctly tougher, and cuts seem to close up somewhat quicker. I'm eager to find out what a full cycle brings.

I'm new to peptides and would like to learn more. Is it a good idea for a 37-year-old beginner to pair Reta + Tesamorelin?
