INTRO New to peptides. Started Reta a week ago.

Personally, my starting dose was 2mg weekly throughout month 1, then I increased to 4mg when week 5 arrived, which brought on serious stomach problems. I've gone back to 2mg each week since then, and everything is fine now. So far I'm down 15lbs.

At 2mg in week 1, I'd have been stuck in bed, honestly. As I mentioned, everyone reacts differently.

not sure 0.6mg every 3 days really counts as a low beginner dose lol. my own start was 0.5 for 4 weeks, then on week 5 i bumped up to 0.75 mg reta. down 10 lbs so far. im taking it super slow since this stuff hits me really hard. that 2nd 0.5mg injection knocked me out 😆. honestly no idea how some of you manage 2-3mg shots
You could look at it as a good thing that reta affects you more strongly than it does most people, since that means you'll need to spend less money before reaching your goal weight. Then again, perhaps your vial has a lot more in it than it's supposed to? That's something worth thinking about!
That thought crossed my mind, but my supply still comes from US providers 😂.

Regardless, this dose works for me since I prefer keeping some appetite. I've gone through body recomp several times, so I know how to tighten up my diet. The only reason I need Reta is to stop the cheeseburger cravings that keep wrecking my diet.

Male, mid 30s. My entire life, fat has stuck around in the same spots. After putting on weight and going through binge eating, Im giving Reta a shot to see if it makes a difference. Up to now, it appears to be working. Every 3 days, I take .6mg. What brought me here was realizing I likely shelled out 10x the cost for my two 10mg vials, so Im after a source and open discussion about these products.
That's awesome, I'll definitely check out reta. How's it going for you at the moment?
