I came across this forum not long ago, after seeing some news coverage about Reta and wanting to dig up additional details on it. A few years back I had a Sema prescription, and apart from being extremely fatigued, I dropped a whopping 0lbs following roughly 3 months of escalating doses, so I stopped right away.
More recently I saw a doctor, and I'm sitting at nearly 50% body fat. Being muscular was never my thing (and it doesn't have to be) but I want to reach a weight I can actually manage. At the moment I'm around 237lbs.
As of now I'm still researching reta. What interests me is how to achieve slow weight loss (no more than 2lbs/week) while keeping or adding muscle.
Is creatine something people stack with it? My assumption is that Whey intake is table skates. HGH doesn't appeal to me much, mainly because I've read that once you start, your natural production is no longer sufficient. Still, I'm open to other options. Collagen improvement is one of them, given that I'm 40.
