Hello everyone,

I’m joining you from Portugal and wanted to introduce myself to the community. I’ve spent some time on platforms like Reddit, but I find the structure here a bit different and, frankly, I’m still feeling a little lost regarding the overall navigation. I’m eager to understand the 'logic' of this forum specifically how to properly engage with posts, follow discussions, and the etiquette for reaching out to members via private messages.

My primary interest at the moment is Retatrutide. I’ve heard this is the go-to community for high-quality information, especially regarding collective efforts for sourcing and verification. I am particularly interested in how group buys and independent lab testing/analysis work here. If someone could point me toward a guide or explain the process for joining these group tests, it would be immensely helpful.

Additionally, I’m looking to expand my knowledge beyond GLP-1s. I’m interested in learning more about TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) and the use of HCG, specifically for maintaining fertility and hormonal balance. Does this forum also cover these topics in depth? I’d love to connect with members who are experienced in integrating these protocols.

I’ve heard this community is known for its helpfulness and 'esprit de corps,' and I’m looking forward to contributing once I find my footing.

Thank you in advance for your patience and guidance!

Best regards,

Ora viva, boas

E tu ?

I dont know if trt and hcg are generally discussed in this forum but i am also interested in these kind of things. I am currently doing some research about the use of hcg/hmg/serms/kisspeptin etc. while on trt, not primarily because of maintaining fertility but for reducing the risk of longterm side effects like irreversible shutdown of hpta axis

First thing first what is your goal ?

TRT is for a specific health condition and if you want to stack different hormones it means that perhaps your goal is not TRT but a different One.

Second, pay attention in one thing:

- About shutting down the axis understand that all medicine are dose dependent to achieve a specific result and that is applied also on TRT and HCG.

I think first you've to be honest with your self what is your goal what do you want after that you can try to walk to a path that Will lead you to your primary goal.

Sorry for typos.
