Hey all! I'm a middle-aged man living in PA. I ended up here because I want to soak up everything I can about GLPs. I've been going through whatever material I can find, and I'm counting on folks in this community to teach me even more.
No weight loss medication has ever been part of my life, yet my weight has been a lifelong battle. Keto, IF, calorie counting — I gave all of them a shot, and over the long haul none of them worked out for me. I have OSA, and my aim is to shed some pounds so that eventually I won't need a CPAP to sleep anymore. For years I've been extremely doubtful about GLPs, but the things I've been coming across regarding Tirz and Reta have been wild. I've been keeping up with the Reta clinical trials, and the most recent results have genuinely made me think this might be the tool that carries me to my goals. My older sister has been on Zepbound for roughly a year, and for her it has been a game changer.
I'm hoping to receive some direction on this new path, and ideally lend a hand to others along the way!
