Been lurking on here for a while and reading up on everything.

I’m 38 from the North of Ireland. Started Triz about 18 months ago and stopped for a while. Just got on Reta in the past couple of month and in total I’ve gone from 22st to 17.10

Looking forward to losing more 💪🏻
 
Love the Irish and Ireland. My 2nd home. Hard place to watch what you eat and drink. Good on you for joining and doing this! Reta is great but there is so much more in this fantastic world.
