I work in the trades and have always been on the heavier side, finding it hard to keep fat off. About 6 months back I began reta, and I've now reached the weight I was aiming for. The whole thing has gone really well, and I've joined to pick up whatever I can about peptides in general, because this one has already made such a positive difference in my life.

I appreciate everyone willing to pass on what they know.

Nice to meet a fellow tradesman. While you were on it, did any side effects or restrictions show up during work? Did you get worn out or drained more quickly? I'm thinking about giving it a try, and that's something I worry about.

In the beginning I had a little nausea, which disappeared quickly. Now that I'm on a higher dose, I may be experiencing some anhedonia and a bit of fatigue, though it's nothing severe. I hurt my shoulder shortly before starting this, so I can't do many of the things I used to when it comes to working out. That leaves me unsure whether the anhedonia is also due to being sidelined by the injury. My work performance appears to be the same.

I would suggest trying it, but continue researching

Going back over that last reply and I am mortified by the spelling and the misplaced words. My bad, I was writing in between work. Still, I reckon you get the gist

Nice work reaching your goal weight! Spending all day on your feet in the trades wears you out as it is, so staying on top of your weight while doing that is seriously tough. Great to hear Reta made such a big difference for you.

Getting to that milestone in 6 months is a major accomplishment, and it makes total sense that you'd want to explore the rest of the peptide space now. You've found a solid spot to learn, since there's loads of info here about moving into maintenance, lifting energy, and aiding recovery from hard manual labor.

What do you want to work on next? Happy to have you around!
