Hey everyone,

I just signed up and thought I’d say hello. I’m 27, and I’ve been in the gym for roughly 6 years, with the past 4 being consistent. Peptides have caught my attention more recently, and I want to understand them better — that’s what led me to this place.

Before creating an account, I spent a while going through threads on GLP1Chat, so I decided it was finally time to quit lurking and take part. I’m eager to pick up knowledge from the veterans around here and to add something useful when I can.

Peptides come in a bewildering range, don't they. Which ones have caught your eye, and what are you aiming for? Your intro left me guessing.

At the moment, tirzepatide is what catches my attention. I'm on weekly retatrutide right now, yet I'd rather move over to tirzepatide since it does a better job of curbing appetite. These days I reach my 2,500–2,800 kcal goal without trouble and I'm still hungry. GHK CU is another item on my list to try; I've already been testing the serum.

For 6,5 months I was on Mounjaro (Tirz), and I spent 3 weeks on retatrutide. Now I've gone back to tirzepatide, since last week I had severe diarrhea that lasted 3 days. If suppressing hunger noise is what you're after, tirzepatide is the correct option. While I was using retatrutide, the hunger noise returned. It wasn't constant, though, and ignoring it was easy. It mostly showed up when I had free time. My wife is on GHK-Cu and she's really happy with it.

You are already so experienced.

And when I see the stacks other members mention, plus everything they’ve already run, it makes me feel like a beginner. I’m not looking to work my way through random lists either — just the things that genuinely appeal to me. One goal I have is finding something for my alopecia areata, since my doctor wasn’t able to help.
