I'm just starting out with peptides. I stayed active while growing up, but then Covid hit and I let my weight spiral. My order of ret, mots-c and NAD+ just arrived. I'm eager to shed the pounds permanently.

right now I'm at 290lbs and aiming for 215

Our starting weights are almost identical. At a checkup late last year, the scale showed 298 for me. Now I'm at 275, and Reta just got ordered by me last week. Around 199 is where I want to end up. Welcome aboard, and best of luck along the way
