Hi all,
I'm at 5mg of tirz at the moment and considering stepping up to 7.5. I was aware the grey market was out there, but I've never injected anything that didn't come from a doctor, so tirz shots made me nervous. I've been using it through a prescription and qwikpens for 4 months now, and I'm down roughly 25kg in total - 4kg of that came during the month before I began tirz. This drug is amazing; it felt like my food addiction was cured almost instantly.

I lift 4-5 times per week, plus padel for about 5-7 hours weekly!
