Hey there!!

Just joined and I'm stumbling around trying to dig up whatever info I can. Right now I'm taking Reta, and things are going well so far — I'm keeping the dose low and increasing gradually. If anyone has tips for someone just starting out, I'd really appreciate it, so anything that worked for you along the way is something I'd be glad to pick up.

Glad to have you! My biggest suggestion would be to do plenty of reading. You'll see a variety of methods, and from my own experience, the only way I could work things out was by going through a lot of posts. The search tool and the "What's New" feature are great for getting a sense of things and for finding answers to your particular questions whenever they come up. Wishing you all the best!
