Hi everyone, Martha here, 40, out of Texas. A GLP-1 has been part of my routine for a while now and things are going pretty well, but I'm still figuring things out as I go. Being a mom of two little ones means my real aim is feeling better, having more energy, and staying consistent. A rabbit hole of researching more is how I ended up here, so I'm just reading, learning, and seeing what's worked for others.
