Hi everyone,
A week of reading the boards and I figured it was time to actually say hello instead of carrying on lurking.
I'm 46 and weighed in at 117.
Ozempic at 1 mg was my routine for eighteen months, though the results I was hoping for never really showed up.
Work stress had me drinking more than before, and that added 3 kg on top. Reta first came onto my radar through Reddit, tiktok and youtube, and following that trail led me here.
Currently I'm running 2 mg every 6 days and the plan is to step up to 4 mg once week 4 arrives. Those first two weeks gave me something — slightly sluggish, appetite behaving differently — but the standout change is how much easier drinking has become to drop. Could be placebo; either way I'm keeping it. Week 3 now, and the effects feel mild.
Scale-wise I'm down roughly 1 kg. Happy to hold that pace, or nudge it up a little, so I'll follow the schedule and titrate as planned.
On the activity side: 10 k steps daily, around 1500 of them with a 25kg vest on. Tennis twice a week, roughly an hour a session, plus slow-rep weights on nautilus machines 2x a week for 30 min.
Peptides beyond these interest me too, as do other molecules — 5-animo 1 mq for instance — and the grey market side of things.
Vincent
