Hey everyone! I'm a mother to 2 boys who are almost grown, and I'm ready to focus on getting my health back while treating myself a bit more. For roughly 2 months I've been using Triz, and the results have been positive. Reta has caught my attention as well. Photography and spending time outside are things I really enjoy. Nebraska's 4 seasons are something I love - though winter is best appreciated through photos, not from behind the wheel on icy roads while freezing.

I'm hoping to connect with knowledgeable people - I've spent about 6 months observing and digging into research. Making meaningful connections would be great, and I'm eager to hear what you all have to share. In the meantime, make the most of summer!

Glad you are with us. My wife spent a while on tirz and has now moved over to Reta alongside me. Keep reading and picking things up, and ask plenty of questions! Best of luck with it!!!

I'm eager to learn how Reta has worked for you. It makes me a bit anxious. Still, I'm digging through all the details. There's so much available!

Wishing your wife fantastic outcomes!

Reta has worked incredibly well in my case. I'm a 48-year-old male, standing 5’7”, with a starting weight of 298, currently at 195, and aiming for 175. My Reta journey began 15 months back at a total of 2mg, divided into 2 doses each week, and I held off on any increases until I plateaued for a sustained period. When I did adjust, it was only by another 2mg per week, still administered as split doses. At present I'm on 12mg split, though I'm considering switching to a single weekly dose rather than pushing the amount any higher. The sole side effect I've dealt with on Reta was skin sensitivity—at first it felt like shingles!—but it stayed manageable and only appeared briefly following dose escalations.

Another major shift for me has been consistent exercise: 90 minutes daily, 5-6 days per week, doing hot sauna workouts known as Hotworx, and I add in some lifting whenever possible.

There's a Hotworx in our area! That's great. Hearing how Reta worked for you has me really pumped up. Very motivating!
