Hi! I'm a mom of two nearly grown boys and I'm looking to take back my health and start spoiling myself a little. I've been on Triz for about 2 months now and have seen good results. I'm also looking at Reta too. I enjoy taking great pictures and being outdoors. And, I love the four seasons that living in Nebraska gives - but I really only enjoy the winter in pictures and not freezing in my car on slick roads.

I hope to meet smart folks - and I've been watching and researching for about 6 months now. I hope to make great connections and look forward to your insight. Meanwhile, enjoy summer!

Welcome to the group. My wife was on tirz for awhile and just made the switch to Reta with me. Keep reading and learning and ask lots of questions! Good luck on your journey!!!

I would love to hear your experience with Reta. I’m nervous about it. But, I’m pouring through the information. So much out there!

I hope your wife has amazing results!

Reta has been amazing for me. 48M, 5’7” SW 298, CW 195, GW 175. Started Reta 15 months ago on 2mg total split into twice/week and didn’t titrate until I hit sustained plateaus. Even then only titrated by additional 2mg/week, still split dose. Now am on 12mg split, but thinking of going to dosing once per week instead of increasing my dosage any higher. The only sides I experienced on Reta was skin sensitivity (felt like a case of shingles at first!) but it was manageable and only happened for a short period after dose increases.

The other big game changer for me was regular exercise, I do 90 mins a day, 5-6 days a week of hot sauna workouts called Hotworx and mix in some lifting when I can.

We have a Hotworx here! That's awesome. I'm so excited to hear about your experience in Reta. So motivating!
