Hello, my name is German I’m from California

(Really hot right now). Anyways I’m here to learn more about glp 1s and learn to improve and educate myself. I’m currently using tirzepatide been on it for a couple of months. (Currently on 15 mg Tirzepatide) but have stalled recently which is why I want to educate myself on how I can fix my situation. I’m 5’7 male have dropped about 16 lbs since I’ve been on my journey. Was at 200 lbs now currently at 185. I’m hoping to learn new things on my journey and really educate myself more on peptides, and getting to meet the community and a more thorough look on the site.

Welcome German! I'm new here myself.

Been on tirz for about 6 months, grey all the way. I was up to 10mg but I've recently dropped to 8mg and started adding a few mg's of reta 3 days after my tirz pin. So far so good. I got my first vial in Mexico and then more from the US. Now I'm hoarding, this stuff is awesome!

Did the reta help with appetite? I’m struggling with appetite at the moment on 15 mg of tirz I’m reading on the forum that cagri helps a lot but it has side effects like fatigue and tiredness so I’m a little skeptical about it.

Reta makes me feel fuller, faster. Maybe similar to just increasing my dose of tirz. It's supposed to increase metabolism but I'm only on 3mg so hard to say.

My buddy swears cagri kills his appetite but be careful to start slow, those GI side effects are a bitch!
