Hey everyone, I go by German and I live in California

(It's extremely hot at the moment). Anyway, my reason for being here is to gain knowledge about glp 1s, better myself, and educate myself further. Right now I'm on tirzepatide and have been for a few months. (Dose is 15 mg Tirzepatide at the moment) however progress has plateaued lately, so that's why I'm looking to educate myself on ways to address this. I'm a 5'7 male and have lost roughly 16 lbs since starting this journey. Started at 200 lbs, now sitting at 185. I'm looking forward to picking up new information along the way, learning much more about peptides, getting to know the community, and exploring the site in greater depth.

Hey German, welcome! I'm also just getting started around here.

I've been using tirz for roughly 6 months now, all grey. I had worked my way up to 10mg, though lately I stepped back down to 8mg and began stacking a few mg's of reta 3 days following my tirz pin. No complaints so far. My initial vial came from Mexico, and after that I picked up more in the US. These days I'm stockpiling — this stuff is awesome!

Did reta do anything for your appetite? Right now I’m having a hard time with appetite while on 15 mg of tirz. From what I’m reading on the forum, cagri is a big help for many, but it comes with side effects such as fatigue and tiredness, so I’m somewhat skeptical about it.

Reta gives me a sense of fullness more quickly. Could be comparable to simply upping my tirz dose. The claim is that it boosts metabolism, though at just 3mg it's tough to judge.

A friend of mine insists cagri wipes out his hunger, but take it easy when beginning—the GI side effects are brutal!
