If the goal is healing one particular injury, a narrower route may be to run BPC157 on its own. The 'Wolverine Stack' that worked for you comes in several versions, and how much BPC157 you get against TB500 varies anywhere from 1:2 -1:5.
@skaylife 's route is a good one when you want each peptide dosed and jabbed on its own ideal schedule. The KLOW & GLOW blends ("pre-mixed stacks") all carry GHK-Cu, and it is generally thought healthier to give the body stretches of time without that copper. Most GLOW blends combine GHK-Cu + BPC157 + TB500 at a 5:1:1 ratio, though 7:1:2 ratio GLOW blends are popular too.
...so results might improve further if, say, BPC157 goes in daily while GHK-Cu runs at the same time but only on a 3 dose per week schedule, or something like 30 day-ON 30 day-OFF.
@GDT71 - CONGRATULATIONS on all the progress with the shoulder!! Stories like this are wonderful to read! No one really grasps chronic pain of any sort until they live it, and the same goes for the joy of sleeping without it. Here’s hoping the shoulder starts setting ROM personal-bests before long. Sweet dreams, amigo!
