Hi everyone! I'm from Italy, and Tirz has been part of my routine for 3 months now. Over here, peptides are still way behind, so in the early days I felt totally on my own. I'd sit for hours scrolling Reddit, just trying to make sense of things… then I came across this community!

For years I've struggled with an eating disorder, and GLP‑1s have done something for me that words hardly cover: magic, a sliver of light breaking through so much dark.

On the standard doses, the side effects hit me hard. It seemed hopeless, yet quitting wasn't an option for me. Had I trusted only Italian doctors, microdosing would have stayed a mystery. Restarting from tiny doses was like relearning how to breathe. I'm going up gradually, stubbornly gradually.

The weight isn't dropping quickly, and I'm fine with that. What I've recovered instead is something I believed was lost for good: freedom from food addiction. Putting it into words sends shivers through me. My mind reels whenever it crosses my thoughts. It still doesn't feel real.

Glad to be here!

Hi, I'm also from Italy.

Being free from food addiction...my hope is that it never ends...worth everything! (even if my wallet is taking a serious hit)

Hey there, glad you're here! 😊

I get exactly what you're saying — breaking free from food addiction is worth everything. Here's hoping it sticks for good. And I'm confident you'll figure out how to give your wallet some relief before long!

Welcome aboard! Reading your post, I found so much of it matched my own experience. That sense of finally having some mental quiet when it comes to food — the thing you put into words — is reported by a lot of people using GLP-1s, and for anyone who has spent years dealing with food noise, it can truly change everything.

Another thing I think is worth applauding: rather than quitting, you paid attention to what your body was telling you and changed your dosing. For those who react strongly to the usual step-up schedules, micro-titrating often makes a real difference.

Sustainable, slow progress is a massive victory — particularly when it brings freedom from food addiction along with it. I appreciate you taking the time to share, and it's good to know you've found the community. 🙂

I really appreciate you reaching out. Discovering this forum has made me genuinely glad. Honestly, Tirz has transformed my life — and I realize that to someone who has never dealt with food addiction, that could come across as overblown. Still, for those of us who spent years living with relentless food noise, the calm it creates in the mind is genuinely remarkable. After so long, I finally experience a kind of liberty with food, and that sensation has no price. I feel deep gratitude for it, and equally for having come across a community this supportive.

This is genuinely a different universe. Tomorrow I take injection number 4, and I still haven't reached 2mg. Having control over my own appetite again feels great.

Next step is building a supply. The options out there are overwhelming, so I'm going slowly, reading through this place and deciding on a partner for the long haul.

Glad you're here on the forum. It's always good to connect with someone else who is fighting to break free from this awful condition.

Navigating this space can feel overwhelming, yet investing a bit of time exploring the forum will make a big difference. This place holds a wealth of information, and there's plenty to pick up from what others have gone through.

Thank you. Finding a group of people who genuinely get this battle means a lot. For the first time in years, having some quiet around food already feels like a major move toward freedom.

There’s no requirement to drop weight at lightning speed. What matters is building the skills needed for lasting lifestyle changes, and it seems like Tirz is assisting you in forming those habits. Happy to have you with us!

Thanks! That's exactly how I see it. What amazes me most is how calm my mind has become

when it comes to food.

Instead of battling cravings all the time, Tirz has allowed me to begin forming better routines.

Finding this community has meant a lot to me.

Hello!

It makes me really glad to come across this and realize I’m not alone in dealing with this. Great to spot a fellow person from this region here!

Glad to make your acquaintance as well — knowing there are others out there makes a real difference.

My wife never needed more than 5mg of Tirz to hit her target. Every 3 months or so she has to pause for a couple of weeks, otherwise the nausea seems to accumulate on her.

As for me, I take 15mg and feel nothing bad at all, yet after moving off Reta I've gained a bit of weight.
