Hello lovely people. Let me tell you a little bit about my (our) backstory.
About six years ago, my girlfriend and I were in bad shape. We decided to do something about it and got ourselves a personal trainer with a small private space, because there was no way we would ever set foot in a gym. Fast forward: I fell in love with the training style, signed up for a gym, and I’ve been in the best shape of my life ever since.
She, on the other hand, hated every second of it. As she started falling behind, comparing herself to me put her in a really bad mental place, which eventually led to her ending up in worse shape than when we first started. Then we found out about semaglutide and got her on it through the (very expensive) official channels. It changed not only her life, but indirectly mine as well.
As an engineer, I’m always interested in the forefront of (medical) tech. I have no idea if I’ll ever use any of the stuff discussed here myself, but I love learning about it from you guys anyway.
