Not sure anyone stops by to read these, but I really wish I'd found the glp forum earlier.

A back injury a couple years back is what kicked things off for me at 320 lbs. I had surgery, then started going to the gym again. These days, after working through all the glp's, I'm at 240 and both feeling and looking great. My goal is 225. That's my story 🙂

Cheers.

Bored on probation, so I figured I'd share more of my story...

It's been over a year since I began. Sema was my first attempt. The stomach cramps and dizziness were a pain, but I pushed through. In 6 months I dropped from 320 to 260. Working out, eating clean. I stayed on sema for probably a year. Switched to Tirz because I felt stuck at a plateau. With Tirz, the loss was slower. I felt leaner, but the scale barely moved. I got a zepbound prescription and did well on that for a few months. After reading some articles about stacking Reta at a low dose with it, I gave it a try. This past month I went from 262 to 240-243. My Reta supply is running low due to shipping and china companies, which is why I joined here for insight on who to trust.

I believed I had a reliable source because it showed up and I sent it for testing and all was good. My tirz and reta tested well, so I was pleased. Reordered during the chinese new year and had 3 months of complications.

So here I am. Lol fortunately I have a month or 2 left since I'm only on a low dose. But I really like this stack, and also running TRT from the Dr. fountain of youth combo? Idk but just turned 40 and I feel great.

Happy Tuesday.

In exactly 1 year, fasting plus daily walking got me from 365 down to 196, and I did it without any peptides. Over this holiday season, though, I climbed to around 230, so I restarted my diet and about 3 weeks ago chose to give Reta a try. Yesterday's weigh-in showed 196. The NY/NJ area is where I'm from too.

Hello.. I'm in Maine, so NJ isn't too far away from me. Wishing you the best with everything. There's a lot you'll pick up

That's amazing! This morning I weighed in at 238, and I'm really pleased with that. By June or July, I want to hit 225, so I need to ramp up my cardio and HIIT.
