Hi to all the fellow biohackers out there,

I've spent a long while reading the threads on here, and only now have I worked up to posting for the first time.

I'm a woman in her 30s, and peptides have been part of my life for 3 years - for how I look as much as for my health.

A health issue (h.gonadism) means I'm on a low-dose testosterone prescription, injected subq. every day. Because of that I get blood

I keep myself active - 3 kids, a husband, and a real interest in sport, fitness and bjj.

My reason for joining is to share what I've learned from a range of peptides and how they've affected me, and equally to pick things up from other people.

Warm regards

Glad to have you join us! I just arrived too, and I've been putting in plenty of hours browsing and picking things up.

Peptides are a whole new territory for me, though T is something I've been using for a good while now.

Hello!! We seem to be around the same age — I'm also a woman in her 30s and just joined this space too. I'd love to hear what your journey has been like. I've been on tirzepatide for 2 months now, and so far it's been a really positive experience with good results!

I've also used Ozempic before, and that worked well for me too! At this point I'm eager to explore other peptides. GHK-CU is at the top of my list. Have you happened to try it yourself?

I'm also investigating Kisspeptide. Any input on that? 😊

Herzlich willkommen! Hier triffst du bestimmt auf anständigere Leute als dort, wo ich zuvor aktiv war (reddit). Ich wünsche dir viel Erfolg und Glück!

Welcome aboard! It sounds like you’ll add a great deal to this community. Bringing years of peptide experience alongside steady training, sports, and managing family life gives you a valuable perspective here.

I’m completely new and have just begun looking into peptides, so it’s encouraging to see members who can offer genuine long-term experiences and insights rather than only initial impressions. Fitness, recovery, hormones, and overall health optimization are exactly what drew me into learning more as well.

BJJ, training, kids, and staying active on top of all that is truly impressive 😄 I look forward to learning from what you’ve been through and to seeing what you share around the forum.

Three years is quite a while! I can't wait to hear what you've learned about peptides, particularly since you're so active. Greetings from another forum newcomer!!
