42 m. Been chubby since about 13. I had tried semag and tirz before but stopped efficacy after like 4 weeks each time. Going for Reta now.

Welcome to the forum. I read that although Reta starts working pretty fast it takes about 4 weeks to know the full effects of your dosage . Be patient and good luck.

If you started with the starting dose (or even less) each time, it’s entirely possible that after 4 weeks you weren’t “feeling” it as much. At that point, it’s usually time to increase the dose. Doing your homework and having patience are both smart moves.
