A lifetime of being overweight, going right back to shopping the men's department at 10 years old. Roughly a decade ago, 80 pounds came off and mostly stayed off — but I've still got 40 pounds too many.
Peptide's came onto my radar and I managed to lay hands on some. Retatrutide is what I'm on, a month in, and it appears to be up to whatever it's meant to be doing. Some SS-31 and a few other goodies arrived too, and I just wanna be the best version of myself.
Ticking all the boxes — protein intake, resistance training, electrolytes, etcetera (a bit of an issue with sleep, though it always has been).
Reddit is how this forum came up, and I'm glad to be here, learning from you fine people. Mark my words — a new man by next year
