Hi there! I've just joined - a 44 yr old woman living in Ontario, Canada. Getting the hang of this forum as I go, and following the introduce-yourself instructions that were posted.

My story goes like this;

ZEP is what I began at the end of October 2025, after my health fell apart completely following a death in the family. Around 80 lbs went on (I ended up at 298), I tore both meniscus, the RA and fibromyalgia turned unbearable, and my kidneys stopped working properly.

I was in a wheelchair. 43 years old, with a 7-year-old child.

Pain meds, nerve meds, vodka sodas and Uber Eats - that was my life, because standing long enough to do anything was beyond me.

Zep at 2.5 mg through Felix was my starting point, and within days things turned around. Standing became possible again. By day 9 I had taken my child trick-or-treating and covered 30 houses on foot.

Week 4 brought normalized labs and roughly 25 lbs off (mostly water weight).

Now it's month 7, the dose is up to 12.5 mg, and the scale has gone from 298 to 235.

Zep genuinely turned my life around.

That said, the weight loss has slowed, and my knees (I declined replacements) limit how much activity I can add - so I'm starting to look into peptides and stacking for when the time is right.

All of this is new territory for me, and these medications are something I never expected to see in my lifetime.

For most of my life, being under 200 lbs only ever came from hurting myself to get there. This feels very different.

I suppose I'm here to learn, and to hear what others have to say:

  • Has anyone here added Reta while on Zep?
  • is there a peptide that helps with healing or eases pain from auto immune issues and or injuries?
  • And last but not least, setting aside the apron belly and saggy boobs for a moment: years of abuse have left hyperpigmentation on my face and scars on my body that dent my self esteem, and I'd love to be rid of them.
With how much information is available, and with access to these meds, it feels like there may be a chance of truly feeling confident, beautiful and sexy one day.

Thank you for reading.

Glad to have you here. Sounds like things are going really well for you! I'm using a low dose of Reta, and it's doing the job for me. Low and slow is my preference. Have fun around the forum!

Welcome!

Combining Reta with other GLP agonists isn’t advisable, but given that your dose is high, you might consider switching to Reta alongside a low dose of cagri (an appetite suppressant), or HGH, or an hgh secratogue such as Tesamorelin to support fat metabolism.

For healing, Bp157 and TB500 will be your go-to, or you could use a premix GLOW /KLOW that includes GHKU, which will benefit the skin. When it comes to hyperpigmentation and scaring, laser / microneedles or retinols are needed to boost cellular turnover over. There’s a lot to learn!

Keep in mind that no peptide will fix the boons or belly skin unfortunately 🫶

Hello and welcome! Like the previous reply said, it’s better to make a full change to Reta, so the chance of an overdose goes down.

Begin at the smallest dose—2mg each week, for example—and then tweak it as needed. That way your skin has time to adapt. If not, you could be left with loose, sagging skin that may require surgical removal.

GHK-Cu may help the skin, though it might not fix the issue entirely.

Wishing you the best on your journey.
