Hey all! I appreciate the warm welcome into this community. My Zepbound journey began roughly 2 years back, and in that time I've dropped a little under 80 lbs. When my insurance cut back on coverage, that pushed me to start seriously researching peptides in general. I came across Reddit pages, STG, and this forum… down the rabbit hole I went, and I've spent about the last month exploring.
To be honest, this whole experience has transformed my life. With strict diet and exercise I could never get past roughly 20-30 lbs of loss, and my weight has been a struggle since puberty. PCOS and insulin resistance are part of my picture because of this. Zepbound basically fixed all my metabolic issues. My A1C is excellent now, my blood pressure has come down, my lipids remain high but are far improved compared to before.
Since discovering research peptides, I'm looking into additional ways to boost every part of my body, mentally and physically. I'm excited to keep learning alongside everyone here on this forum!
