Hi Guys,

I’m from Germany and recently (2weeks ago) started using Reta. Been struggling with weight for years (late night cravings) 😅. So far I’ve lost 2kg and trying to lose another 16kg.
 
Welcome to the party! What kind of dose did you start with and how are you finding it so far? I started at 1mg/week. After about 3 weeks I noticed day 5, 6 and 7 to be a bit shakey so I shifted to .75mg every 4 days. Im now on week 8 and titrating back down (at 1.5mg/4 days) by week 10. Found it very effective and really enjoyed the food noise taking a break!
