hey everyone! Luna here—thrilled to have found this place. Last year I put myself through a pretty intense crash diet: only 800–900 calories a day, plus jumping rope every single day. Two months of that took 15 pounds off, which felt amazing… at first.
But honestly, my body really paid for it. My mood was all over the place, my period stopped, and my metabolism totally slowed down. Day to day, my weight barely moved.
Feeling really down was where I ended up, with carbs being all I craved. Before I knew it, binge eating set in and 30 pounds came back really fast. Rough is the word—hopeless was how I felt for a while.
My doctor and I talked, and Semaglutide was her recommendation to help me get back on track. It's just started and a few side effects have already shown up, but I'm hopeful.
Connecting with you all, swapping healthy weight tips, supporting each other, and making little improvements together over time is what I'm excited about.
