Hey everyone, I signed up here because I want to get back to being in better shape. I've spent roughly the last 15 years staying active with fitness and in the gym, but I've let myself become complacent. I also take a low dose of medication for high blood pressure, and my goal is to eventually stop needing it.

I began reta last month. At the time I believed I was getting a good deal, but I've since realized how much extra I'm paying, and I'd like to quit purchasing from my current source.

Welcome aboard. It sounds like those years of staying active have already given you a strong base, and to be honest, realizing you've slipped into complacency is likely the first major move toward getting back on course. Plenty of folks on here got started for the same kinds of reasons — better overall health, more energy, improved body composition, and trying to cut back on medications where they can by building healthier routines.

When it comes to reta, make sure you look into it thoroughly and are cautious about your source. Quite a few sellers are charging too much or offering products of dubious quality. With any luck, you'll land on something more dependable and transparent going forward.

Wishing you well on the journey — staying consistent tends to matter more than going to extremes. Can't wait to see how you progress.

What were you starting at, and what's the target? Most people find hitting the gym on a regular basis tough, never mind keeping it up 15 years. Hope you get amazing results!

Glad you're here. There's plenty of useful knowledge and supportive folks on this site to pick up from.

I'm absolutely trying to gather as much information as I can. The stuff I'm currently getting should be legit since the person ordering it is in med school and takes it himself. On top of that, I'm doing plenty of my own reading on these forums to keep myself safe.

When I took my first dose on 4/5, my weight was around 258.8lbs. This morning I stepped on the scale and it read 239.8lbs. I'm 6'2" and my legs have always carried a lot of weight. Since my freshman year of hs, which was more than 18 years ago lol, I don't believe I've dropped below 220lbs. Getting to 220lbs would be ideal for me, simply to be in a healthier place. My ldl levels came back a little elevated, so along with the hbp, those are the main reasons I want to bring my weight back down.

In the past, I could always take a trip, put on 5-10 lbs, and typically shed it within a few days, but after turning 30 that has become much harder lol.
