Been on ret for ages, mostly just reading, figured I'd finally post more
Like plenty of others, I got burned badly up at the top of funnel retail commercial ret early on (came from bodybuilding / fitness oriented funnels) and have branched out since.
Really appreciate the info available here and how openly people share what they know
--
I've run both daily and weekly injection schedules with Reta for roughly 1.5 years now, and it's great to watch the surge of interest around it.
Down 56 lbs alongside diet and a heavy bodybuilding style routine
These days reta is part of my overall lifestyle management and bodycomp goals.
205lb 405 bench, 1200lb leg press etc.
--
My wife became curious about reta as a general lifestyle thing and got interested again once friends started being more open about using ret etc.
I've personally run a broad mix of compounds before, GLP's aside, and I genuinely love how health and science keep moving forward, giving tools that fit incredibly well with diet, fitness, training routines overall. I'm always saying GLP's aren't a "magic bullet" - you'll get somewhere with small lifestyle tweaks, but if you truly put in the work to build the new habits, make the lifestyle changes and add serious activity on top, the results can be incredible.
--
Anyway, just dropping in and hoping to keep picking up useful stuff from everyone here
